A Journey through Sexuality – The Workshop explores the mystery of spiritual eroticism and transform your lovemaking into a liberating spiritual experience. We offer our Tantra Yoga classes during our Tantra Yoga Workshops and also as individual classes to enhance sexual vitality and sublimation of sexual energies. Emotional patterns and thinking habits can be changed through a constant Sadhana (practice). The Tantra Yoga practice produces inner harmony, the Union between Body, Mind and Spirit and also the union between oneself and the universal self.
This workshop is dedicated to couples and singles who want to go deeper into the Tantric experience and their personal growth. Tantra recognizes and uses the world as a tool, as a way of overcoming our limitations and identifications with the ego.
